Welcome to HiredTap, an on-demand jobs and services platform operated by XTEALTH Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the HiredTap platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by the following terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
HiredTap facilitates connections between users seeking services ("Clients") and independent service providers ("Professionals"). The Company is not a party to any agreements entered into between Clients and Professionals and does not provide the services itself. The Company only provides a Platform for such connections.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been done by you. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Obligations
• Clients: You agree to provide clear and accurate descriptions of the services you require and to pay all applicable fees.
• Professionals: You agree to perform services diligently and professionally and in compliance with all applicable laws.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Service Fees/Subsription.
The Company may not charge service fees for use of the Platform from customers.
for service providers to provide services its must be to subsribed to the mentioned plans to list their businesses.
5.2 Payment Terms
for services all payments are between customers and services providers , only service provider subscribe to our services for listing of services as per plans.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are subject to specific terms based on the nature of the subsription service of the service provider subscription service. Refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy on the Platform for detailed information.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purposes.
• Post false or misleading information.
• Attempt to damage, disrupt, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
• Engage in any activities that violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or others.
8. Intellectual Property
HiredTap and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the exclusive property of XTEALTH Private Limited. You are prohibited from using these materials without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or safety of services provided by Professionals.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XTEALTH Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XTEALTH Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or connected with your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of patna, India.
13. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Listing and Pricing
How to List Your Services:
To List your Services
Must be set Service listing as FREE else Service GET Removed. or HiredTap Team contact you to get Services Listed.

Upload images/videos link showcasing your work (if relevant) in profile.

translate into hindi for service listing image quality must be relevant to the Service and skill and image must be high Quality and for list ting must be use good professional language for listing else chances of rejection of service listing and also write good description about your services and about your skills
Its important to add shop which services in profile under shop , first create services after approval of the service listing by admin then create shop then in that shop listing select the approved services you provide.

3. Accepting and Managing Bookings

After the Job:

Mark the job as "Completed" in the app with discussion with customer.
5. Customer Interaction Best Practices

6. Payment Process

HiredTap is only for Business Listing Platform , you can take payment from your customers as you want any medium.

Always remember work must be marked completed on platform after successfully competed the work.

8. Dispute Resolution

Note : HiredTap is only for Business Listing Platform , so service provider and customer resolve their dispute accordingly their own.
9. Safety Guidelines

Verify customer details through the platform before visiting the location or communicate with the customer.

Inform a trusted person about your job location and schedule.
10. Tips for Success

Keep your profile updated with recent certifications or services.

Promote your services through social media or local networks.

Leverage seasonal demand by offering special promotions.

Continuously improve your skills through training and certifications.
11. Support and Assistance
If you have any questions or need help:

Visit the "Help Desk" in the app.

Contact Help Desk via chat or email.
12. Service Provider must follow.

Must provide required documents and data to Company id required.
-
Must follow the rules or requirements set by the company.

If any handyman or worker working under Service provider then provide full information about and identity about them and also do police verification of the Handyman or Worker and provide very documents and information about.

If any customer continously cancelling order then imminently create ticket for the same and inform.

Share any other information which is not good for quality of the Platform.
13. Things lead to Blacklisting and remove from platform or take legal action.

Over cancellation of orders (Cancelled By Customer or By Service provider).

Any illegal and unethical practices not allowed.
-
Wrong information provided or Forged documents.
-
Never Contact to Customer other than booking on the platform.
-
Failed to maintain security of the customer data.
-
Any other Practices and action which is not Good for the company’s interest.
-
Don’t share any confidential information about the company which is not in public domain.
-
Company Have rights to recover amounts from service provider if any monitory loss or reputation loss to the company due to service provider.

Full responsibility of the Handyman or worker working under Service provider , with security and HiredTap related work.

Unsatisfactory Quality of the services.
-
Service provider must not use customer or any other data for their own benefits other than this platform.
-
Service provider is responsible for own for doing their any unethical , unlawful activities or any damage of reputation or monitory or any activity which is not good or any complain by the customer for them.
